Kitchen Bridal Shower Games
Giving a "stock the kitchen" shower? The bride, and your guests, will love these games that fit with the theme.
Guess the Gadgets
- Object
- The guest with the best memory wins.
- Play
- Before the shower, secure small kitchen items to a sturdy apron. Measuring spoons, a cheese grater, tongs, and a garlic press are all great ideas. Have the bride put the apron on and stand in front of the guests. After 2 minutes ask the bride to take the apron off, and the guests to write down as many gadgets as they can remember. The person with the most items on their list wins, and the apron becomes a lovely gift to the bride-to-be.
Guess the White Stuff
- Object
- See who can identify the most bags full household "white stuff" without smelling or tasting the contents.
- Play
- Before everyone gets to the shower, place different "white stuff" household items in plastic bags and number each bag. Use baking soda, powdered sugar, flour, bisquick, cream of tartar and powdered milk and anything else you find in the kitchen. At the shower, give each guest a piece of paper and pen. Pass around the bags of white stuff. The guests are allowed to look and feel the bag, but not to open it. Have everyone write down which white thing they think corresponds with each number. The guest with the most correct answers wins a prize.
